At Least The Dog Will Eat It was started as a joke really. I had taken up a new hobby with cooking, and our dogs (Murphy and Gracie at the time) quickly became obsessed with the results. But why wouldn't they, dogs will usually eat about anything. What was strange was that Murphy seemed to actually enjoy the cooking process. All the prep, chopping, sauteing, etc. Sure he loved the occational snack, but he loved watching me cook. Having him in the kitchen quickly became the norm on weekends and random weeknights. Everytime I would try something new, The Picky Eater eventually started joking that if i didn't turn out right, "At Least The Dog Will Eat It." And that's how we end up here now. So, hopefully you'll enjoy reading my posts, preparing the food from my recipes, and just remember even if it doesn't come out right, "At Least The Dog Will Eat It!"
