The How To Do It
In a small pot add the vinegar and honey and bring to a boil. Reduce the mixture to low and let simmer for 10 minutes or until it becomes a thick sauce (not jelly like, that's a bit too far).
Let cool and then spoon over your dish or bottle it and save it for later.
